General Order Policies
Deposits and Delivery Charges:
Because Sweet Escape Cakery is a home-based business, I do not offer pick-up at this time. Delivery in or around Jonesboro is free. Delivery over 15 miles from Jonesboro is assessed a charge of $.50 a mile. Alternate arrangements can be made to meet at a designated location in the Jonesboro area to waive the delivery fee.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on orders over $75 and is due at the time of the order. The final payment is due 1 week before the scheduled event.
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required on orders that are $35 - $70 and is due at the time of the order.
Orders under $35 require no deposit but will be paid in full when the order is placed or at least 1 week prior to the scheduled event.
When to Order:
Orders that will serve over 50 people or are over $75 should be placed at least 4 weeks before the event date.
Orders that will serve under 50 people should be placed at least 3 weeks before the event date.
Cupcake orders up to 24 (2 dozen) should be placed at least 1 week before the event date.
If time permits, late orders will be accepted with a $20.00 order surcharge.
